Supplier collection privacy notice.

This notice is for suppliers and their staff. It does not expose internal customer data or private findings.

Why you received a request

A DPPLogic customer invited you, or entered your work contact, so you can provide product or evidence information they requested. DPPLogic did not independently decide you must supply that information.

Who is responsible

Customer-supplied collection content (your answers, comments and uploaded evidence) is processed by Ryan Jarvis trading as DPPLogic on the inviting customer’s instructions.

Limited supplier login, grant and security or access records may be processed by DPPLogic for its own service-security purposes.

What is collected

• The work email and name used for the invitation or supplier account.
• Grant-scoped access to specific customer requests, not to the customer’s whole workspace.
• Values, comments and files you upload as evidence.
• Submission history, review state and any correction feedback the customer sends through the portal.
• Audit events that a submission or access change occurred.
• Technical logs needed to authenticate and protect the portal.

Who receives it

• The inviting customer organisation can see your submissions, uploaded evidence and request history for the granted requests.
• DPPLogic hosts the portal. Production application hosting is Fly.io. Automatic supplier email is OFF. Customers manually share a secure, expiring, revocable link scoped to one supplier request. Suppliers do not receive internal organisation membership or general workspace access.
• DPPLogic support may see records if you or the customer write to support@dpplogic.com.
• If the customer later publishes a public passport, only intended public product fields are published. Your private evidence files are not automatically made public.

Retention and rights

Collection content follows the customer’s organisation records. Cancellation of the customer’s subscription does not automatically delete those records. Document deletion is a customer or support action.

If your information is personal data, you may have rights under the BVI Data Protection Act, 2021 and, where they apply, UK or EU data-protection law. Contact support@dpplogic.com. Requests are handled manually. Collection-content requests may be referred to the inviting customer.

Security and limits

Access is grant-scoped. Supplier acceptance, OCR output and any later AI suggestion do not verify that evidence is accurate or legally sufficient. DPPLogic does not certify the customer’s product.
