Relevant data may span PLM, ERP, PIM, MES, service systems, quality records and supplier portals. Define authoritative sources, canonical identifiers and controlled transformations before attempting passport publication.
Protect restricted and sensitive data
A public passport should render only an approved projection. Technical files, security-sensitive details, supplier contracts and private evidence must not become public merely because they are associated with the same product record.
